For our first meeting I offer an initial assessment where we explore what brings you to counselling or psychotherapy at this point. You will get a sense of me and how I work and I get to gather some relevant background information. We will talk about your expectations, any concerns you have about entering therapy and any prior experience of counselling and psychotherapy.

My fee is £60 per 60 minute hour.

We will usually meet weekly unless you need more than that.
